Shipping

Complimentary shipping on all orders over €500. Standard delivery within 5–7 business days. Express delivery available at checkout. All shipments are fully insured and include tracking. We ship worldwide using sustainable courier partners with recyclable packaging.

Packaging

Every item is wrapped in tissue, sealed, and placed in a weighted shopping bag. 

Returns & Exchanges

All sales at D’Lux Space are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Every item comes directly from the retailer before shipping to ensure the highest quality standards. We encourage you to review sizing information and product details carefully before placing your order.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email with photos of the issue. We will assess each case individually.
